Vanessa Paradis: “Johnny Depp is the love of my life”!

Vanessa Paradis has my man… and this quote right here from an interview she just did.......see....... she just asked for me and women the world over to hate her just a little more...... girl's got my MAN!…

They’re the most private couple in Hollywood, but Parisian beauty Vanessa Paradis has opened up about her 11-year relationship with Johnny Depp.

“I’d wanted to be a mother for a long time, but with him I couldn’t avoid it,” she tells the UK’s Sunday Times Magazine. “He was, and still is, the love of my life.”

Vanessa, 37, who has two children with the Pirates of the Caribbean star, says, “There is a lot of friendship between us, respect and admiration.”

“We’ve understood that if we want it to carry on working, it’s essential to give each other space. You don’t eat the same food every day, you don’t read the same book or listen to the same record over and over again. You have to discover things for yourself.”

What makes Johnny, 46, such a great partner? “I could go on and on about all the things I admire in him,” the French singer and actress says.

“I like watching him when he’s thinking, when he’s talking with people, I like seeing how he handles situations. I admire him as an actor, as a father, as a man. Above all, I admire the person he is. He’s fantastic.”

[From OK! Magazine]

I have this theory that if you lend people stuff, don't be expecting them back… they're not going to giveyou your stuff back, case in point? Well why…Johnny Depp's my man I lend him to VP 11 years she needs to give him back!

Seriously though, how sweet is that quote? Last year, Johnny Depp was interviewed by Vanity Fair, a long rare interview that was quite interesting… gave me the distinct impression he loves his family, is low key yet spends a LOT of time by himself away from his family.

Anyhotwho..... here's the hotness that is Jonny Depp for your enjoyment…

Hotness points..... who wins? Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt?

Brangelina, Oceans 11 cast & more at UNICEF ball honoring producer Jerry Weintraub

Brad Pitt, his main squeeze Angelina Jolie, the Oceans 11 cast, all ther significant others, and other guests including the incredible Mohammed Ali come out in force for the UNICEF ball honoring producer Jerry Weintraub in Beverly Hills last night…

Brangelina looked good, happy and inlove… tabloids it seems aren't getting their wish for this two to break up… its been how long? 5 years? They seem to be doing well.

In other Brangelina news, Angie in her role as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency has written an Op Ed for Newsweek “Justice Delayed Is Not Justice Denied” calling on Obama to do more to help Darfur.

Here's some of what Angie writes in part:

I believe President Obama and his special envoy Scott Gration will do their best to bring peace to the region. Their policy, though, raises a number of questions. How is the Obama administration's approach to Sudan an evolution of justice? In addition, when the administration says it intends to work to “improve the lives of the people of Darfur,” I would like to know what that means, besides the obvious point that their lives could hardly get worse.

She also recommends they look a study her charity helped fund:

I also hope we will act sooner and more powerfully to prevent future atrocities. A Council on Foreign Relations report released today (funded by the Jolie-Pitt Foundation) offers recommendations..

Ok then.....

"Brangelina Forever" Statue inspired by Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie; art or opportunistic?

Artist Daniel Edwards – he of the Britney Spears childbearing statue – is back with a new Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie sex inspired sculpture for the Phantom-Financial who just announced the December unveiling of the sculpture just minutes from Brad Pitt's own birthplace in the Oklahoma City area.

The sculpture is part of the 4,000 sq. ft., $500,000 house named “The Brangelina”, by the Los Angeles artist known as Xvala.

“Brangelina Forever” is a life-size casting of Brad and Angelina in an embrace the sculpture contains crushed glass from wine glasses from which Brad and Angie drank while reportedly celebrating the anniversary of their first meeting on the set of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith.’
“The Brangelina” is a house which is stenciled with words that represent both Pitt and Jolie including quotes and references to some of Jolie's tattoos.
The house will be sold and any potential owner must promise to extend ‘honorary ownership’ of their home to Pitt and Jolie and to accommodate them every time they come to town to visit Pitt's grandmother.
The Brangelina will be on public view starting Wednesday December 16th at 11 a.m. in the Thornbrooke neighborhood of Edmond. It will be installed in the ceiling of the master bedroom.

The statue and the house are part of the documentary “Domestic Bliss: The Daniel Edwards/XVALA Project” by Oklahoma filmmaker Dave Smith scheduled to premiere at The New York Academy of Art.

So is this artistic, opportunistic or some sort of scary fanaticism?
