I've always liked Victoria Beckham's interviews, she generally comes across as witty with an ability to make fun of herself, taking herself less seriously than most celebrities … yet she just said something to a magazine that gave her away as being delusional when it comes to her body size. Victoria B is currently promoting her “fashion” line she was interviewed by 10 Magazine where she quipped:

'My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes.

‘Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore. And who’d have thought I'd be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!'

Really? Can you imagine the look on that interviewers face when those words came flying out of Posh's mouth as s/he was seated there looking at the sausage sized Victoria deluding herself that she is the same size as J-Lo? I wonder if the interviewer exused themselves dashing into the loo and burst out laughing until tears were rolling of their face or if they just stayed stone faced finding something to say quickly so as not to give away their sheer amazement at VB's delusions?… I mean that's like Nicole Ritchie saying she can fit in Mariah Carey's dress and so she and Mariah must be the same size!

Nicole Richie rang her new year in with her boyfriend common law husband Joel Madden in Las Vegas, taking a night off from the kids Nicole hosted a bash at Las Vegas club Lavo at the Palazzo with support from Joel of course who tweeted this last night:

Nicole and Joel have now been together going almost 4 years, amazing how much growth they've both gone through especially Nicole through that time. She's done a full 180 on the drugged out, crazy party girl she was to a serious, very beautiful and hard working mother of two. Its been amazing to see. I don't know her and yet I'm incredibly proud of Nicole! Not to mention I do love her style very much.

It seems Nicole is going to have a very busy year. In addition to being a mum and wife, she's a designer – clothing, accessories and shoes, fashionista and soon to be sitcom star here's how she previewed her upcoming year for People Magazine:

“With every year I always try and learn something new and grow gracefully, and that's just kind of my rule for every year,”  “I have a lot of projects coming, I have my television project, I have my clothing line Winter Kate coming out, my shoe line coming out … so it's going to be a big work year for me.”

Winter Kate is set to launch in the spring.

 

On the Winter Kate look:

“I just like to throw something on and have it be comfortable but have it look good at the same time. That was really what I was aiming for,” her clothing line will be “loose and easy … I'm really inspired by the ‘60s and '70s, and pull inspiration from everything, from music to different people of the past. You’re going to see a lot of peacock and leopard print and things like that.”

BTW Nicole will start her work year by being a guest judge on the season premiere of Project Runway, which airs Jan. 14 (10 p.m. EST) on Lifetime.. Here's the first promo pic for her appearance.

“Nicole is a fabulous guest judge,” says Project Runway executive producer Sara Rea. “She has strong opinions and gives clear and specific constructive criticism to the designers. Also, she isn’t afraid to disagree with the other judges.”

Even Gwyneth Paltrow loves Nicole's style as she told InStyle magazine, I will be buying Nicole's style,… will you?

Nicole just announced on her website her BIG news........

This should be good and interesting, Nicole is quite witty with great comic timing, have you seen her “shampoo” spoof or some of “a simple life” and other appearances?...... she always can get a good laugh out of anyone and she's very candid too...... given she's grown up in Hollywood and her background this “scripted comedy” show could have a real chance for success…

I say bravo Miss Richie! I'll be watching.....
