SUPERBOWL WRAP UP: Jay-Z "Run This Town" W/Orchestra Epic Win, TV Ads & More
Jay-Z & Rihanna‘s “Run This Town” pre-game mash-up was an epic win. Jay in a suit, how far he’s come from drug dealer to great business man to not looking bad in suit! The clips spliced to make the 2–3minute video got you in the mood for the game, what makes this special however is the addition of the Rutgers University’s orchestra and the drum sequence. Very Well Done.
Now if only Canada/Vancouver and the Olympics crew could have come up with something similar this instead of their gratingly boring “Do You Believe?” campaign… every time we see those ads we scream at the TV...... No I don't &#! believe..!
Now the commercials:
David Letterman, Jau Leno & Oprah – didn't they do this ad last year?
Stevie Wonder punch bug ad
Dorito's Dog Collar commercial
Google's “Parisian Love” commercial. (my fav) For an ad that's been out for 3 months now, Google managed to still make it seem so new, and easily the best for the night.
Budlight “Auto Tune”
E Trade Babies
Which one was your fav? We'll add more commercials as they become available online.
Blame Janet Jackson's exposed titay for these old people at the superbowl
The Who Superbowl Half-time Show Part 1
The Who Superbowl Half-time Show Part 2
say something nice? ummm nice stage…

Maxwell Croons & Rihanna Does Bob Marley For Haiti On The Oprah Show (VIDEO)
Maxwell performed “Fistful of Tears”, he can never do wrong can he?
I was surprised I actually didn't dislike Rihanna‘s voice singing live… I was pleasantly surprised but her “Redemption Song” rendition, I wonder if we’ll start regarding it as Rihanna's unique voice as opposed to a “not good vocal artist live” king of of voice?
Have you donated to Haiti yet?

Oprah's "Obama" Christmas Special preview! 1st Family Stockings, 27 X-mas trees, gifts & more!

Oprah's “Christmas at the White House: An Oprah Primetime Special” airs Sunday at 10 p.m here's a preview from Oprah on the special:
On how she got the interview/special;
From the very first day they moved into the White House, I started calling Robert Gibbs and asking not for the first interview because number one, I didn't think I was going to get the first interview for the first 100 days – but I wanted an opportunity to sit down with them in a comfortable setting that all of America would be familiar and relate to. So I started asking when they first moved in to do a Christmas Special because I wanted to be at the White House during Christmas time and to experience their first Christmas in the White House. So this has been in the making for a very, very long time.
Oprah details the 27 Christmas trees in the White House and holiday decor and says she interviewed Obama in the never-before-filmed-in green room, “where Thomas Jefferson used to have lunch.”
Among the other highlights:
“The President gave himself a grade. This was not about grilling the President, this was really about me wanting to come and experience Christmas at the White House – their first Christmas with them. So I wasn't here to grill him, I was curious as to what he thought he had done, what kind of job he thought he had done and ask him for his grade. You'll see what the grade is. The grade might surprise you.”
About gift-giving:
OW: Is there a greater pressure to give a good gift when you're the President or can you get away with a lesser gift if you're the President
First Lady: What are you gonna get me? You should feel pressure-
President Obama: I have given some good gifts – you get some nice stuff – here's the general rule, I give nicer stuff than I get
OW: Really?
First Lady: No way I gave you good gifts last year
President Obama: Absolutely – aw come on please. You know its like mother's day and father's day-
First Lady: We're talking about Christmas, don't become distracted…
President Obama: But that principle applies generally
