Golden Globes Red Carpet Photo Roundup Part II: The Looks, The Trends & The No-No's
Helen Miren takes the top spot. I wish we could all age as gracefully and as beautifully as she has!

Zoe Saldana

A rained out Gabourey Sidibe

Cameron Diaz

Christina Aguilera. First time i've seen her with “normal” looking make up in a such a long time. She's a beautiful woman when she's not wearing cakes of make up that make her look like a drag queen. Her dress is beautiful.

she also posed with the never ever aging Cher

Jennifer Garner sans her hubby..

Patricia Arquette

Robert De Niro, Director Martin Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio is it just me or has Leonardo been in every Scorsesse movie this last 10 years?

Leonardo will never grow out of his baby face, everytime I see him, I think of him as the “titanic guy” I wonder if that works against him in his movie choices.....have audiences refused to get beyond his “titanic” look? he doesn't seem to be nominated for any awards…

Olivia Wilde had the best make up of the night.. she was the look for radiance

Maggie Gyllenhaal

Christina Hendricks looked like a doll

Marion Cotillard's beautiful face..

& worst dress of the night looks unfinished

Colin Farrell and his girlfriend Alicja Bachleda she just had his baby a few weeks ago… how do celebs lose that baby weight that fast? and what happened to Colin's hair?

Meryl Streep with her GG for her role in Julia & Julia

Courtney Cox & David Arquette

January Jones

Drew Barrymore with her shoulder and hip/waist spiky shrubs…and before she went to hang off of George Clooney.

Fergie & Josh Duhamel

Calista Flockhart & Harrison Ford hard to believe they've been together more than 5 years now?

Chloe Sevigny, interesting dress
Monique and her hairy arms and legs, wonder if she's ever shaved her other “bits”?

Nicole Kidman

Julia Roberts and her 1000 watt smile.

Tobey Maguire with his plus one. Is another spiderman in the works?

Jennifer Morrison her dress makes me think of Chinese carbage or wanton soup.

Snowstorm slows AVATAR: NA box office at $73 Million, worldwide opens with $232million!
The massive East Coast snowstorm kept many theatre goers home and prevented James Cameron’s big budget technopic from setting box office records as Avatar is projected to bring in an impressive, but not staggering $73 million this weekend at the box office. Avatar did fantastically internationally, grossing $159.18M from 106 territories (the six territories that have not opened are Japan, China, Italy, Poland, Argentina, and Uruguay). With North America's slow-slowed grosses of $73M, that's a worldwide total of $232.18M which the studio says is the “highest original content (non-sequel, non-franchise) opening weekend ever”.
Set in the 22nd century, “Avatar” stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana in a story of a human-alien conflict on a distant moon. The movie has received largely positive reviews from critics so far that's why the studios expected it to do so well in the box office.
Have you watched Avatar? Did you love it? Would you recommend it?
