Jessica Alba's Lies: I Don't Diet or Workout! Guess She Forgot To Google Self Before Lying?

 

Jessica Alba claims in a new interview/photo spread that she doesn’t diet or workout:

“Diets are for the birds,” she tells Self. “I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. I include a lot of vegetables and lean protein and fruit and grains in my diet. I’m not a big workout person. Every single day, I tell my girlfriends we’re starting a regimen. And then it’s, like, ‘Want to get dinner? Want a glass of wine?’”

“Even though some might consider them a flaw, I’ve learned to love my stretch marks. Pregnancy

was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I’ll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence

is number one.”

First-time mom Jessica Alba was back in the gym with long-time trainer Ramona Braganza just two weeks after giving birth to daughter Honor Marie.

Sticking to Braganza’s 3–2–1 diet and exercise plan, Alba shed 25 pounds of baby weight just in time to slip into a pink Narciso Rodriguez dress for the ALMA awards.

“We’ve done the biking and rock climbing to make things more interesting for her, but after her pregnancy it wasn’t about having fun,” says Braganza. “She just wanted to go hard and get back in shape.”

Jessica Alba on keep-it-real-rules: Appreciate your health. “As a child, I had such bad asthma I took steroids, so I would gain 15 lbs. every time I went on steroids with water,” she says.

“That’s really hard on kid, because you don’t understand what’s happening to you, you’re just all of a sudden bigger. I was kind of tall [she's 5'6"], so that helped.”

Nobody’s perfect. “What girls need to know and what I try to tell them is that everything is airbrushed to make a better picture, even the models who are gorgeous. It’s not real, it’s all pretend.”
