Here's Rihanna's first interview on GMA. Very brave, very candid, incredibly proud of her.

Rihanna looks great, is candid, honest and brave in this interview, fighting back tears as she realises what an impact she has on young girls but also out of the shear embarrassment of her situation and actions.

RiRi's PR team is incredible, they know what they're doing and doing it perfectly. I'm glad RiRi took her time to really look at the issue, deal with it and then finally talk about it. It teaches young girls that they should not stay in abusive relationships.

Chris Brown and his greedy label on the other hand have so far been “using” Rihanna‘s release and promotion for their benefit so far by releasing his promo almost syncronized with RiRi’s:

she gives an interview(Glamour/ABC), he does the same(MTV/Giant), she releases album cover he does(happened a day apart), she releases promo pictures soon her after his come out too(again just hours apart)… right down to album track listing etc..... his label is clearly thinking it was working for them. CB “talked” to MTV, reported by People Magazine and his label moved his album release up to Dec 8th release.

After RiRi's ABC & 20/20 interviews I wonder CB's label will still be thinking its smart strategy to be pushing out a “so far not very contrite in my opinion” CB promoting his album. Shouldn't it have been better to let him finish his court mandated sentence; community service work and hard labor, finish his anger management counciling and really address those issues.......and only then come out with an album and make his rounds talking about his issues, what he's learned and teaches other young men from his issues?
