Octomom Nadya Suleman has been going to the Gym every night as per TMZ even being kicked out of one because she was falling behind on her monthly gym payments and here's the result.

Yes she's been exercising, but still who's her surgeon? I'm sure many in Hollywood we'll be looking to find out! Either way this chic has 14 kids! I have to admit she does look amazing.

Thoughts? Is that body via natural or “mechanical” means?
