Here's Shakira's – Did it Again new music video.

Bed gymnastics indeed, impressive choreography for the bed gymnastics howeve could someone explain to me the purpose of the steam/sauna-women in white scenes in the vid? makes no sense to me at all. Is it just me or is Shakira becoming formulaic in her videos?
